Called By Name Dinner

Called By Name Honorees are cordially invited to a special dinner with Bishop Gruss on February 21 at the Cathedral of Mary of the Assumption.

The evening will begin at 5:00 pm with a Holy Hour and Evening Prayer, followed by social time and dinner. Bishop Gruss will offer brief remarks, and priests of our diocese will speak on their own discernment stories and personal experiences servings as priests. This is a great opportunity for young men to ask questions about the priesthood, and learn how to listen for God’s call. The evening will concluded around 8:00 PM.

All Called By Name honorees are sincerely welcome! This event is open to any young man discerning their vocation, whether they be seriously considering the priesthood, or are merely open to the possibility. All Catholic men should pray about their vocation, and this is a great step to take. We want to help you discover your authentic calling, whatever it may be.

Young men in high school should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
